For a few days, Saber Interactive and the developers of 343Great Things they released the extension Winter Pack DLC for Redout 2, which can already be purchased on Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. This extension is also part of the Season pass and this is the second paid content coming to the game.

Redout II It originally arrived on Xbox One, Xbox Series X consoles | S, PS4, PlayStation 5, and PC in mid-June 2022, but its version for Nintendo Switch arrived a month later. It is possible that the Winter Pack DLC will also arrive a month later in the version of Redout 2 for Nintendo Switch, but for the moment no estimated date for its arrival has been given.

The Redout 2 Winter Pack DLC is free for those who have purchased the Season Pass, but other players will be able to purchase it for a price of $9.99, which equates to $177 MXN on the Microsoft Store and $134.99 MXN on Steam. Below you can see the trailer posted on the official Redout 2 YouTube channel, which shows off the content that has just arrived in the game.

The content that comes with the Redout 2 Winter Pack DLC includes a new location called Terror Rupes, which includes four original tracks that can also be played reversibly, along with 28 race events, 29 bonus items, and new music created by Dance With the Dead. .

Redout 2 has also just received a free update that adds the training mode, which allows us to practice races with unlimited laps to test our skills and perfect each curve. This free update was also confirmed to come to the Nintendo Switch at a later date, but no release window was given.

In my Redout 2 review, I said it was a futuristic racing game made for hardcore gamers, as its learning curve for control and high difficulty can turn casual gamers away. Those who dare to master the control of Redout 2 will find an incredible feeling of speed that sometimes feels like a rollercoaster, which has just been expanded with its new DLC Winter Pack.
