Sony has yet to reveal the list of games that will be added to ps more premium this month, but it looks like one of them is the classic PC game sword of darkness. The game has recently won PS5 and PS4 trophy lists, implying that it will soon debut on those consoles, just 22 years after its release.
Games coming to PS Plus Premium in March 2023
Sony has already announced a handful of games coming to PS Plus Extra and Premium in March, though they’ll all be native PS4 or PS5 titles. Ghostwire Tokyo, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction, and the Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection will be added on March 16, while Tchia will launch on PS Plus day one on March 21. None of the PS Plus classics have yet been revealed, but a 22-year-old game could easily be one of them.
Blade of Darkness is a hack and slash game originally released for PC in 2001 as Severance: Blade of Darkness. As one of Ianna’s four champions (Zoe the Amazon, Tukaram the Barbarian, Naglfar the Dwarf, or Sargon the Knight), players must face the Darkness that threatens the future of the Middle Kingdoms. Blade of Darkness has since been ported to the Nintendo Switch and is set to debut on PS5 and PS4 soon if Exophase’s trophy lists are any indication, potentially as part of PS Plus.
