All leaks point to an imminent Nvidia RTX 4070 launch, but MSI just threw extra fuel at the rumor mill. A listing on the component maker’s site implies that it will outfit pre-built gaming PCs with the next-gen GeForce GPU, and other makers have also revealed their hands before.
We’re still awaiting the official announcement of the Nvidia RTX 4070 release date, but all signs suggest that the top graphics card contender will launch sometime this month. We always recommend ingesting all rumors and speculation with the usual grain of salt, as Nvidia likes to change its mind at the last second. However, the latest round of leaks spills even more grit from Nvidia’s GPU, and MSI apparently isn’t. Don’t be afraid of your mid-range GeForce plans.
How to highlight it? Momo_us, MSI mentions the RTX 4070 Ventus 2X 12G on a public pre-built PC product page (via Videocardz). The list features existing MPG Infinite X2 builds armed with GPUs like the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti, so there’s a chance that’s a typo. However, the SKU has its own specific PDF which also mentions the custom graphics card, which means it’s probably not a keyboard bug.
In addition to MSI’s list of gaming PCs, the leaker Harukaze5719 spotted a Gainward RTX 4070 listing that mentions two SKUs. According to the Korea National Radio Research Agency page, the Ghost and Ghost OC models received certification on March 31, just in time for the announced launch in April.
Again, Nvidia has yet to announce that the RTX 4070 is a thing, and we’re still awaiting official confirmation of the RTX 4060. Rather than hoping, we’d suggest waiting for the GPU giant to reveal its hand. , although the existence of the graphics card is almost confirmed at the moment.
