Nintendo Switch Online subscribers get plenty of classic Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games.
Nintendo broke the news during the latest stream, revealing that a slew of nostalgic favorites will be available to NSO subscribers later today. All featured Game Boy titles will be available with a base NSO subscription and the Expansion Pass, while GBA Advance games will only be available to those who have the latter, at the time of writing.
As for the Game Boy, you get Tetris, Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX, Super Mario Land 2, Metroid 2: Return of Samus, and more. In due course, other classics will be added, such as The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Pokemon Trading Card Game.
That’s not all either. As for the Game Boy Advance, you get The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Super Mario Advance 4, WarioWare Inc and many more. As before, old favorites like Future: Metroid Fusion, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, Fire Emblem, F-Zedo Maximum Velocity, Golden Sun, and more will be added in due course.
There is also a touch of personalization to all this. You can play all of these classics with Game Boy, GB Pocket, and GB Color filters.
