Bungie has dedicated part of its destiny 2 This week at Bungie, updated to address the tragic news of Lance Reddick’s death. Reddick, who played one of the main mission creators, Commander Zavala, recently died at the age of 60. Luckily, his voice work will still appear in new Destiny 2 content, at least for a short time.

Bungie wrote that the team “will honor his presence through his upcoming in-game performances and through memories that will last a lifetime.”
So Destiny 2 players can expect to hear more about Reddick in new Destiny 2 content. It’s still unclear how much of his work remains to be heard, but I’m sure fans will be looking forward to it. hear again.
With Destiny 2 littered with references and Easter eggs, fans have called for an in-game tribute to recognize Reddick’s death and legacy. This much-loved Reddit post hints at the idea of adding an exotic glaive called “Spear of Reddick”, based on the one used by Zavala.
Reddick’s passing prompted statements released by Destiny 2 and Horizon developers Forbidden West, and his wife thanked fans for their special tribute.
