Just over a month after launch, Minecraft Legends received an update to the system requirements for the PC version. Changes include supported GPU and operating system.
Minecraft Legends is an upcoming game from the well-known “cubic” universe. Maintained in a friendly and colorful environment, the game combines elements of action and strategy: it makes us build fortifications, participate in battles, gather the necessary resources and cooperate with other players on a vast map.
Less than a year ago, we reported on the announced system requirements for players interested in the PC version. However, these have changed and are currently as follows:
Minecraft Legends: Minimum System Requirements
- Processor: 2.8GHz Intel Core i5
- Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 / AMD Radeon R9 285 / Intel HD 520
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- DirectX: version 12
- Operating system: Windows 10 and 11
- Disk space: 24 GB
Minecraft Legends – recommended requirements
- Processor: 3.4GHz Intel Core i5
- Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- DirectX: version 12
- Operating system: Windows 10 and 11
- Disk space: 24 GB
Compared to the component list above, the changes mainly concern the GPUs. The increased DirectX 12 API compatibility requirement has forced the replacement of GPUs in the minimum specification with slightly younger units that can cope with the aforementioned technology. Additionally, there was an increase in free disk space required to play – from 8 to 24 GB.
The last major update is that of the operating system. Windows 10 or 11 will be required to play. This change is probably related to DX 12 as well – older systems just don’t support the technology.
minecraft legends will be released on April 18, This year. It will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X and Switch.
