What’s in the PC?
In addition to the really extraordinary case mod, there is of course a real gaming PC in the aircraft turbine. Whether it is a turbine in the proverbial sense, however, is another matter.
These are the components:
- Mainboard: Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite AX
- Processor: Intel Core i7 11700K (8C/16T, 3,6/5,0 GHz)
- Graphic card: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070 (more precise details about the model are missing)
The Microsoft Flight Simulator challenges the hardware properly. We therefore see the setup only to a limited extent for playing games at the highest level of detail including 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels). WQHD (2,560 x 1,440 pixels) or Full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) should be more suitable.
