Microsoft used to announce the arrival of video games Xbox Game Pass on the 1st and 15th of each month, but since last month’s Xbox Developer_Direct the agenda has changed a bit. Today, Microsoft announced the games that will hit its service in the next two weeks, until March 3 with the launch of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Ninja team.
Next Tuesday, February 28, we will see the launch of two video games on the Xbox Game Pass service for consoles, PC and the cloud, two independent experiences that have been in the market for some time. The first is Merge and Bladean experience that combines block puzzle games with auto-combat RPGs in a very interesting way.
The second announced game is Soul Hackers 2, a supernatural RPG with a cyberpunk aesthetic set in Japan, developed by Atlus and originally released in August of last year. Souls Hackers 2 and Merge & Blade 2 will be playable on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming consoles, but it’s unclear if they’ll support touch controls on mobile.
On Thursday, March 2, we will see the arrival of F1 22 to the EA Play service, which is included in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass services. For now, F1 22 will only be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC, unlike other EA Play titles, it won’t reach the cloud. F1 22 is the newest game in the franchise and it allows us to play with the cars of the 2022 season.
Finally, it was announced that Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty from Team Ninja will be coming to Xbox Game Pass upon launch, which is scheduled for Friday, March 3, 2023. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a game for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, but thanks to its arrival Xbox Cloud Gaming will also be playable on Xbox One consoles and mobile devices.
The Microsoft publication also reconfirmed the seven games that will leave the Xbox Game Pass service next week, since from February 28 the following games will leave the catalog: Alien: Isolation, Crown Trick, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Far: Changing Tides , Lighting Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Madden NFL 21 and Octopath Traveler.
