If you are interested in seeing what meg’s monster has to offer, the new gameplay will serve that purpose. Half an hour of footage gives us a glimpse of the RPG adventure.

Below is a preview of the title with more information:

Welcome to the underworld: a land of monsters and mutants who eat humans for breakfast.

One of these monsters, a hulking ogre named Roy, has no interest in eating humans. But one day, he and his best friend Golan stumble upon a lost girl named Meg and make a truly terrifying discovery: just as she begins to moan in fear, a blood-red hue covers the sky and the earth itself begins to shake. . and trembling

It’s true: this little girl’s tears have the power to bring about the apocalypse, and the only way to stop it is for you to help find her mother so she can return home safely.

Meg’s Monster is a short story based JRPG with a big twist. Players control Roy, who starts the game with 99,999 HP and is virtually untouchable, but the real worry is protecting Meg, because if she starts crying, it’s game over for everyone. Players will need to master the unique mechanics and mini-games built into each battle, while protecting Meg and using their favorite toys to keep her calm.

On their journey together, Roy and Meg will encounter a host of quirky and colorful characters, all lovingly rendered in Odencat’s vibrant pixel aesthetic that makes even creepy monsters look cute. There’s plenty of drama and intrigue here, and even previously defeated enemies can befriended through optional sub-events.

What begins as a relatively simple and heartwarming story about two unlikely friends eventually morphs into something much bigger, as Roy and Meg slowly begin to unravel the mysteries surrounding the underworld and themselves. The result is an emotional journey that, like any good storybook, will linger in your heart for many years to come.
