sony has confirmed the release of a Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 prequel comic, which will cover the events leading up to the upcoming sequel later this year. In the, Peter, Miles and MJ they will face off against a new supervillain known as The hoodwho apparently can’t be beaten with cobwebs or fists.
The comic is on sale in the United States on May 6 to celebrate Free Comic Book Day, and can be purchased or downloaded digitally through the Marvel Unlimited app. It will be released worldwide, but at a later date to be determined.
That’s not the only Spider-Man news that Sony has confirmed in its latest blog post. Along with the new comic, a standalone version of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will be released on PS5. The update will cost โฌ10 if you already own the PS4 version of the game, or โฌ49.99 if you don’t. This standalone remaster will be released later this month.
