Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Version 2.3.0 has been released, bringing a wave of new features for fans of the iconic racing game.
The legendary racing game Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has received a major update. Version 2.3.0 was recently released and brings significant changes for the most experienced players.
The update includes the fourth wave of Booster Course Pass DLC, which includes eight new racing tracks plus Birdo, the fan-favorite character, as a new playable character. Besides, Five new character select slots have been added, suggesting exciting new characters will soon be introduced in upcoming waves of DLC.

But that’s not all, the developers also worked on the balance of the game by improving the stats of certain characters. According to the specialized site Blog Mario Kart, all character classes, except for the “Metal”, “Cruiser”, “Heavy”, and “Super Heavy” classes, their land, water, air, and anti-gravity speed stats increased by one point.
And it’s not finished yet ! Also includes two new mugs: the fruit bowl and the boomerang bowl. The Fruit Cup includes courses from Mario Kart Tour, Mario Kart Super Circuit, Mario Kart Wii and an original course on Yoshi’s Island. As for the Boomerang Cup, it offers courses from Mario Kart Tour, Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart Double Dash and new challenges to overcome.
