Lost Ark will not increase the capacity of the servers in Central Europe despite the long queues that users have been experiencing since launch.

In a new official post , the MMORPGS development team has acknowledged the problems, but has stated that there is nothing they can do.

“We know that players continue to experience long queues in Europe. The Central Europe region is at capacity and unfortunately there is no way to increase the number of players per world in this territory. Adding more servers is not possible due to complexity of all the systems that must work together.

The Western Europe server was created to compensate for the huge popularity of the game, but there is currently no function to switch servers, so this option is only viable for new users or those willing to sacrifice any progress they have. until now.

“We have definitely heard the request for server transfer functionality and have thoroughly investigated our possibilities,” they explain. “This instant feature doesn’t currently exist in Lost Ark. This service was only released in Korea and is a weekly process that requires maintenance to work. It also doesn’t support the cross-region feature. So unfortunately, it’s not an option.” viable right now for the western version, but we won’t rest until we’ve exhausted all of our options.”
