During the fall 2022 season, we saw one of the most anticipated anime of recent years, as the first season of the anime of Chainsaw Man and it aired until the end of the year. Among the characters we met in the first season of Chainsaw Man are hymenwhose beauty Kamelia Chan brought to life in a cosplay with lots of fan service.
Throughout the Chainsaw Man anime and manga, we’ve come across several female characters who have earned the title of fan waifus, starting with Makima. One of the favorites is Himeno, a fellow demon hunter of Aki whom we met in the first season and who has just come to life thanks to the excellent cosplay of the beautiful Kamelya Chan.
Among the cosplayers we have shown, there are few as talented and with as much experience as Kamelya Chan, since we can find her first cosplays published on social networks dating from the beginning of 2016. During these seven years that have passed, Kamelya has done hundreds of cosplays and many of them are full of fan service, like the one Himeno did that was inspired by the Chainsaw Man anime and manga.
The Chainsaw Man characters have become very popular in recent years, even before the first season of his anime, but it took us a long time to see Kamelya Chan in a cosplay inspired by this work. The first one she showed to the public was her Himeno Nurse cosplay, which we shared a few weeks ago and which showcases another level of fan service.
At the end of January, we saw Kamelya Chan again in a Himeno cosplay, but this time showing off the Demon Hunter uniform we encountered her in. Of course, Kamelya’s cosplay couldn’t be released without her fan service touch, with which one imagines what Himeno would have looked like in an alternate future where she could have been happy with Aki.
It’s been a while since Kamelya Chan released a Chainsaw Man inspired cosplay and since the first season of his anime has already ended, it might be a long time before he premieres the next one. Still, the Chainsaw Man manga is still ongoing with its second part, so we might see more tributes to the work soon.
