Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen a series of images from the set that show us more details about the Joker sequel. We’ve seen plenty of footage of the protagonist’s return Joaquin Phoenix and his new love Harley Quinn (Lady Gaga), and now the director Todd Phillips revealed that filming for the film has been completed.
Phillips announced on Instagram, “It’s over. Thanks to these two (+all cast) and the BEST crew the film industry can offer. Top to bottom. Now I’m going to step into a cave (room assembly) and put it all together.”

As for the release date of this sequel, the movie is set for October 4, 2024, and while that’s still a long way off, I hope there won’t be any delays, as that gives it around 18 months to conclude. .
