You might notice that some areas aren’t as easy to get to as others, and one of them is the Hospital Wing in the South Wing of Hogwarts. Hogwarts Legacy Infirmary Travel Guide: How to Get to Hogwarts Legacy Infirmary

You won’t be able to get to the infirmary until you start the Caretaker’s Moon Lament quest, which will teach you how to pick a lock with the Alohomora charm. You’ll need to talk to Gladwin Moon to start the quest, and from there you’ll learn how to lock a locked door leading to the locked area. You will need to avoid students and teachers in the hallways to access the current wing.

First, you’ll go up some stairs, then you’ll see a student guarding a puzzle door, where you can get loot chests. But if you want to jump that door, activate your disillusionment spell and keep going up the stairs. You want to make sure your invisibility is also on so you can get past Professor Weasly and Professor Sharp, then keep going up the stairs to your right.

Now go up the spiral staircase until you see a student watching the hallways. After using a few basic spells, you can steer them away from the stairs, then you can run to the bathroom to pick up the Demiguise Moon. Head up the stairs where you will find the Floo Flame teleporter, which will take you to the infirmary.

You can now head to the hospital room, prevent Professor Garlick and the medical staff from completing your search. You’ll also be able to come back whenever you want to pick up the chests you missed or just want to come back.
