Of these three, Afflicted Bone is the easiest to obtain, as you have a 40% chance of receiving it as a reward for hunting Lagombi, Volvidon, or Arzuros in Anomaly Quests. For newcomers unfamiliar with Anomaly quests, these endgame hunts will be available after reaching Master Rank 10 and will involve defeating the strongest variations of afflicted monsters you’ve already encountered.

Acquiring Sovereign Jewels or Great Elder Dragon Gems to craft the mighty 4 Arc Jewel in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak is more than a challenge. You can get Sovereign Jewels from specific high-level missions, such as “Fear in the Flooded Forest”, “Operation Flaming Thorns” or “Double Threat: Moonlit Muscles”.
