Foliage is an important part of many gamers’ designs, and Square Enix is constantly adding new ways to display color through flowers and tabletop plants. A highly sought after item is the Flower Boucage, which can be placed on any surface to add a floral touch. Here’s how to get Flower Boucage in Final Fantasy XIV.
How to create the Flower Boucage in Final Fantasy XIV

To craft the Flower Boucage dwelling item yourself, you must have reached level 90 in the alchemist discipline of crafting. Flower Boucage is a recipe learned at this level and appears in the Alchemist section of your Crafting Log. in the Housing category.
To make the Flower Boucage, you will need the following materials:
- eight water crystals
- Eight lightning crystals
- three bamboo sticks – Harvested via a level 50 botanical node at 7am Eorzea time at (X:28.6, Y:25.6) in Upper La Noscea
- Two Kappa Growth Formula – Crafted via Lvl 76 Alchemist Recipe
- Shroud Seedling – Harvested via a Botanical node level 20 at (X: 18.3, Y: 28.0) in The East Shroud
- A sap from Berkanan – Looted from Berkanan mobs in Labyrinthos or purchased from Endwalker’s Bicolor Gems vendor for 2 Bicolor Gems
There is no need to worry about quality when making the Flower Boucage, as the housing elements cannot be made in high quality anyway.

Buy the Flower Boucage on the Market Board in Final Fantasy XIV
Players who have gil to spare or don’t have the alchemist job at level 90 can either find a player or friend with the alchemy profession at level 90, or simply buy Flower Boucage from the Market Board. While it’s the easiest method to get the item, Flower Boucage isn’t cheap. Don’t forget to pick up a Miniature Aetheryte here too if you’re just starting to decorate so you can get home quickly.
