Why doesn’t VSync activate in Atomic Heart?

Players are inexplicably unable to enable VSync until they enable it Generation of DLSS frames in the ‘Quality’ tab of the settings. Users also don’t need to have a DLSS-enabled graphics card – just toggle frame generation to “On”, then go back to the display tab and you can toggle VSync on and off. While you’re in the Quality tab, it might be beneficial for you to turn off motion blur so it doesn’t search for it later.
