How to Enable Russian Audio in Atomic Heart
To enable Russian voiceover in Atomic Heart, you just need to follow these simple steps:
- Go to the main menu. You cannot change the voiceover language in-game.
- Options open.
- Select the Audio tab and scroll down to Audio Language.
- Press the left arrow and leave the language on “Pусский”.
- Apply changes.

Now, Atomic Heart’s voiceovers will all be in Russian, giving you a proper post-apocalyptic Soviet experience. If you also want to change the language of the subtitles and the game in general, you can easily do so from the Game tab of the Options menu.
