While Harry Potter and Hermione Granger are undoubtedly the two most popular characters players want to create in Hogwarts Legacy, there might be a few who would love to play another notable student, Ron Weasley. As a categorized “pureblood” individual in Gryffindor house, it’s hard to forget Ron’s signature orange-red hair, pale skin, and blue-eyed appearance seen in the books and movies. Unfortunately, the Hogwarts Legacy character designer isn’t making it easy to create Ron, but doing a possibly decent likeness is more than doable.

The first step in creating Ron Weasley in Hogwarts Legacy is to select a preset. The character customization screen gives you a wide variety of different skins, but the male figure in row 2, column 3 was the best place to start due to the quirky freckled appearance of the character. However, remember that the presets will make the difference in the remaining sections when creating Ron Weasley.

The next section of Facewear is to choose a face for your Ron Weasley student character in Hogwarts Legacy. A solid choice here would be Row 2 Column 2 to maintain the suave yet boyish look that actor Rupert Grint used to portray, especially during his younger years in older movies. Then, to emulate Ron’s signature look, turn the slider all the way to the left to give your character the palest skin color.

Finding an ideal hairstyle for the Hogwarts Legacy character designer will undoubtedly be the hardest part of your Ron Weasley creation effort. Depending on his age, Ron had different hair lengths, which featured slightly different looks from each other. After careful consideration, we believe Row 3, Column 5 is the best option to maintain its original appearance. However, if you’re interested in a sleeker, more mature Ron, the 2 Row, 4 Column is also a great option. Also, be sure to move the hair color slider slightly to the right of center to get the most orange shade for your character’s hair.

Moving on to the complexion of the face, Ron Weasley has no scars. However, we recommend choosing the third option on the Skin Tone slider and the second for freckles and moles. These options will make your character look the youngest for your Hogwarts student. Alternatively, removing all blemishes and freckles works well if you prefer a well-powdered face for your Ron.

Eyebrows

The eyebrow section is the final part to cover the creation of Ron Weasley as a playable character in Hogwarts Legacy. To get blue eyes, move the slider slightly to the left of center. Next, placing the Eyebrow Color selection near the center of the slider to the left of center will give it a shade similar to Ron’s hair color. Finally, Column 1 of the bottom row will give you the thin but sharp eyebrows that best match Rupert’s Ron Weasley in the movies. Remember that all of the options outlined above can be considered a “blueprint” for making Ron a playable character, as you are encouraged to make your own preferred changes to the given presets.
