Finding a phoenix in the Hogwarts Legacy is one of the most desirable things you can do when filling your vivariums in the Room of Requirement. The phoenix feathers you get from these creatures are needed to get the most out of your legendary gear during the leveling process. It is therefore important to add this bird to your collection as soon as possible. To do this, you need to complete a certain side quest, without any of them appearing in the open world. Here’s how to complete the Phoenix Rising side quest in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to do the Phoenix Rising side quest in Hogwarts Legacy
To access the Phoenix Rising side quest in Hogwarts Legacy, you must first complete Niamh Fitzgerald’s main quest trial, which allows you to enter the Headmaster’s Office and check out a book. After that, you’ll need to complete all of the previous side quests for Deek, then he’ll ask you to go to an area to find a potential Phoenix that poachers might be looking for.
When you get the quest, you will be directed to the Phoenix Mountain cave, located in the southeastern part of the map. If you haven’t been here yet, you’ll need to find a particular tunnel full of goblins that you’ll need to go through. Go through the cave at this location on the map to access this new area.

When you reach the cave, you will have to fight the poachers by heading towards the phoenix nest. Although your character will notice that he has to hurry and compete with the bad guys, there is no time limit here. Go at your own pace and make sure to eliminate all enemies in your path. At the end, equip yourself with your Nab-Sack and you will capture the Phoenix without letting it escape.
Once back with Deek in the Room of Requirement, the last vivarium will appear and the Phoenix will automatically fly towards it. At this point you can groom and feed it to get phoenix feathers.
