When you look at the map, fully expanded, you can see that each area has a list of collectibles for you to discover. Demiguise statues are one such item. You can only see them a few hours into the game, but you can’t do anything with the Demiguise statues until much later in the game.
How to Collect Demiguise Statues in Hogwarts Legacy
You have to follow the main story until you reach the mission called The Caretakers Lunar Lament. In this quest, where you also learn how to open locked doors, the Hogwarts Warden explains the purpose of the Demiguise statues and asks you to collect as many as you can.
