It can spawn in any room while you’re fighting enemies. Therefore, you should always be prepared. Don’t worry; it won’t spawn outside of dungeons, so you can easily explore the open world. At least that’s the case in the beta version of the game. Also, the butcher won’t appear until you reach level 10.
As soon as the Butcher enters the room, you will notice that he has much more HP than you. Although it appears on the same level, you will not be up to it. Therefore, you shouldn’t even think about fighting him, because a butcher’s hit can deplete your character’s health.
