The release of Guilty Gear Strive is delayed by two months: the fighting game of Arc System Works will finally arrive not on April 9, but on June 11 on PC, PS5 and PS4.
A decision taken following feedback on the recent open beta, marred by server problems.
“We need extra time to polish some aspects of the game, like online lounges and server stability. We believe it is best to use the extra time to improve the quality of the game and provide a better experience for the game. all our players”, commented Arc System Works.
Guilty Gear Strive will offer as a reminder various modes (Story, Arcade, Versus, Mission, Training) and fifteen playable characters at launch: Sol, Ky, May, Axl, Chipp, Potemkin, Faust, Millia, Zato, Ramlethal, Leo, Nagoriyuki, Giovanna, Anji and I-No.
A first Season Pass of five additional fighters, included in the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of the game, is already planned.
