Bandai Namco keeps getting better Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot and the next DLC of the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament Yes Goku a new look and introduces several other changes to the open world ARPG.

As Dragon Ball FighterZ and Xenoverse 2 fans continue to receive their own content updates, the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament DLC may attract more players to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

The 23rd Martial Arts Tournament is a busy time for the main characters of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, and although it has appeared in previous titles based on the franchise, DBZ: Kakarot has focused on other plot events.

The fifth DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will revolve around this fighting tournament known for classic moments like Goku’s fight against Master Roshi in disguise and his battle debut against Piccolo.

While it’s currently unclear which specific story moments will appear in the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament DLC, a Japanese ad hinting at some of the possibilities and showing off a new look for Goku recently went viral.

The 23rd Martial Arts Tournament DLC follows the Bardcok expansion and will depict much of what happens during the anime’s 23rd Martial Arts Tournament. Due to the temporary changes, Goku has a different look to reflect his youth, and many Dragon Ball Z fans are already expressing their appreciation for this cosmetic change to Bandai Namco’s ARPG protagonist.
