god of war ragnarok received 14 nominations at the 2023 BAFTA Games Awards, breaking the record for the most BAFTA nominations for a game. As for other PlayStation exclusives, Stray received eight nominations, while Horizon Forbidden West picked up five. Elden Ring, one of Ragnarok’s biggest contenders for Best Game, received a total of seven nominations. Last year, the game with the most BAFTA nominations was Returnal with eight.

Gaming and esports host Frankie Ward will host the ceremony. More than 1,000 members of the BAFTA Games and specialist juries voted for the nominations and the winners.
