You can pick up the Coral Pearls only in Inazuma, and more precisely on Watatsumi Island, one of the two new areas of version 2.1 of Genshin Impact. There are just under 40 of them and they will reappear 48 hours after being picked up. We advise you to pick them up as soon as possible, to prepare for the arrival of new characters.
