Late last week, Forza Horizon 5 developer Playground Games fully unveiled the game’s second expansion, Rally Adventure. The offroad-focused affair arrives on March 29, and ahead of launch, the team released plenty of information on what to expect from FH5’s latest big DLC pack.

We’ll break down the main talking points so far, including the full list of cars and some of the expansion’s open-world landmarks.

Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure Complete Car List

As part of the team’s information explosion, the full list of cars for Forza Horizon 5: Rally Aventura has been revealed. Unsurprisingly, the list is heavily SUV-oriented, with the inclusion of Colin McRae’s iconic Ford Focus being a particular highlight. Here is the complete list, with 10 vehicles in all:

  • 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Platinum
  • 1973 Hoonigan Volkswagen Baja Beetle Class 5/1600 ‘Scumbug’
  • 2001 Ford #4 Ford Focus RS
  • 2022 Alumicraft #6165 Stunt Truck
  • 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Factory Racing Limited Edition
  • 2020 Jimco #179 Hammerhead Class 1
  • 2019 Jimco #240 Fastball Racing Spec Trophy Truck
  • 2019 Casey Currie Motorsports #4402 Ultra 4 ‘Jeep Trofeo’
  • Polaris RZR Pro 4 RJ Anderson Van
  • Buggy Alumicraft #122 Class 1 2021

As for where you’ll be piloting these new rides? Well, unsurprisingly, Playground is giving players a new slice of Mexico’s open world in the form of the “rugged Sierra Nueva”. Here’s a taste of what you can expect from the new open-world landscape and accompanying soundtrack:

“Sierra Nueva offers miles of our most exhilarating driving roads, filled with unpredictable turns with steep inclines, blind ridges and exhilarating asphalt jumps, as well as bumpy, twisted sand roads intertwined with tire tracks pre – deformed.

The huge trails of dust kicked up by all the cars in the group will allow rally drivers to feel the heat while listening to a punk soundtrack courtesy of our friends at Epitaph Radio.

Like Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels, the team incorporates various “biomes” into this open world, as well as a set of distinctive landmarks. For Rally Adventure, these include the town of Pueblo Artza, a huge abandoned quarry, distorted sand dunes, “tight and winding” desert gorges, green hills and a completely destroyed palm forest. .

Of course, the open world isn’t much use without a ton of stuff to do. Expansion 2 brings “the most number of racing events of any Horizon expansion,” including dirt, asphalt, and “hard” night races. When the sun goes down, expect to take part in various stages of the “Horizon Rally” from point to point and traditional multi-car racing.

It’s not all neither does off-road, although the expansion is clearly focused on rougher terrain. The “Apex Predators” discipline offers high-speed tarmac rallies for Sierra Nueva players, so it looks like any tarmac fan will continue to be welcomed here.

We expect to hear more about Rally Adventure in the coming weeks, but it’s safe to say that it already looks jam-packed with content. Dive into Forza Horizon 5 Expansion 2 on March 29, for £14.99 / $19.99 oh £13.49 / $17.99 with an Xbox Game Pass subscription.
