Starting tomorrow, Epic Games will bring its brand new game editor, Unreal Editor for Fortnite, exclusively to its platform. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
The years pass but the success continues for Fortnite, which continues to enrich and renew itself over time. Last week, Epic Games released MEGA, season 2 of chapter 4 of its battle royale, which as always introduced its share of changes for players. At the same time, the study also took the opportunity to formalize the arrival of its creative mode 2.0, the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), which is slated for release tomorrow. The Unreal Editor for Fortnite is coming tomorrow!
In fact, it has now been confirmed, UEFN will officially land this March 22 at 5:00 p.m. (French time) exclusively on the Epic Games Store. As we stated in a previous article, it will provide players a series of tools that allow you to design your own experiences from A to Z. For example, it will allow you to design and test new maps in real time thanks to the possibility of creating and importing all kinds of resources (materials, visual effects, animations, audio, etc.).
In order to take advantage of this software, you will obviously need to have downloaded and installed Fortnite beforehand. will also require have a certain configuration to use. That said, rest assured there’s absolutely nothing greedy based on the studio’s shared specs, which are as follows:
