Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires has just postponed its release date, but that is not why the news around this license has stalled. Indeed, the adaptation of the video game license to the cinema has just offered a very first trailer.

Expected in Hong Kong and Chinese theaters on April 29 and 30, the film adaptation of Dynasty Warriors, announced for the first time in 2016, returns today to the forefront to present its very first trailer, a trailer particularly generous in special effects!

As a reminder, the film Dynasty Warriors is produced by China 3D Digital Entertainment Limited and is directed by Roy Chow.

The film, like video games, is inspired by the Three Kingdoms period (a period of Chinese history taking place in 220, after the fall of the Han dynasty), and will offer players to see their characters favorites on the screen, starting with Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, played by Tony Yang, Geng Han and Justin Cheung respectively.

Unfortunately, we don’t yet know if the film will ever land in our territory.
