Only a few hours ago, the expression DualSense Drift appeared on the internet. Indeed, recently many players reported having come across defective DualSense. The latter would have exactly the same disease as the small Joy-Con of the Nintendo Switch, hence the expression DualSense Drift.

And luckily for the players, this information, first shared by Kotaku reporters, has not fallen on deaf ears.

Recent feedback from players regarding a probable manufacturing defect in the DualSense has called on the American law firm Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK & D).

Indeed, the firm has already announced that it is initiating an investigation into the complaints, with a view to filing a class action lawsuit against Sony Interactive Entertainment.

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action lawsuit based on reports that the DualSense controllers for the PlayStation 5 console may be experiencing drift issues. Specifically, it is reported that the joystick of some DualSense controllers would automatically register movement when the joystick is not controlled and interferes with gameplay.

As a reminder, this is not the first time that the law firm has defended the players since the latter had already launched a class action lawsuit against Nintendo for the famous Joy-Con Drift, a problem that unfortunately affected the majority owners of the hybrid console.
