The Dreamlight Valley Charm update is, perhaps fittingly enough, about to give your bedroom doors a big overhaul. Despite being one of the best PC life games of 2023, Disney Dreamlight Valley is still a work in progress, but one of its most anticipated features is coming soon with all the features we’ve come to expect and Moreover.
If, like me, you’ve spent tens of thousands of your Dreamlight Valley gold stocks on fancy doors only to be disappointed to realize you can’t really, you know, get through them, then you’re in luck. Developer Gameloft confirms that the third update will finally allow you to customize your interior doors, replacing those bland green doors with more themed and stylish selections.
However, that’s not all. Gameloft says you’ll also be able to reposition the doors along the wall, so if you put together the perfect room layout, you can remove that pesky doorway instead of having to work around the doors. in the center of each wall, especially for your centerpieces.
Door customization is a welcome change and has been well received by the Dreamlight Valley community. With a variety of different custom doors available in the game since launch, it was always obvious the plan was to include this feature eventually. It’s also fitting that it lands alongside the Charm update, which promises to put players on a quest for the doorknob of Mirabel.
The update also includes a range of colorful skins to upgrade your Disney Dreamlight Valley home with an all-new look. Hopefully we’ll see even more of these in future updates throughout 2023. Personally, I’d love to see an option to change your room layout from the default “forma plus” structure, but I am more than happy with what we have so far.
With plans for multiplayer included in the Disney Dreamlight Valley Upgrade Roadmap, now is the perfect time to start sprucing up your home for all potential visitors.
