Dragon Ball: The Breakers Version 2.5 Patch Notes

A new update for Dragon Ball: The Breakers has been released, bringing the game to version 2.5. This update brings a large number of fixes to various aspects of the game, including active abilities and various bugs. Full details can be found below:

  • Urgent messages regarding maintenance notices and in-game issues will be displayed at the top of the base screen.

  • Adjusted the Flames of Mt. Frypan active ability to become a long range block when blocking a player on the other side of the flame.
  • Adjusted the appearance of the Time Machine Signal Beacon to make it easier to see from a distance.
  • Reduced the time until the Raider can move again skipping the animation that plays after destroying the startup system.
  • Reduced chance of Nappa/Vegeta discovering survivors in Episode 2.
  • Moved the position of the subtitles on the screen slightly upwards.

  • Fixed an issue in “Zarbon!” of Frieza. Active ability where the damage animation would not play when destroying a survivor’s barrier.
  • Fixed an issue with Saibaman’s “Self Destruct” passive not triggering correctly if a Survivor performed a close range attack during Dragon Shift before being grabbed by Saibaman.
  • Fixed an issue in Vegeta’s “Call Nappa” active ability where damage could not be dealt to Survivors under certain circumstances.
  • Fixed an issue on Cell’s “Solar Flare” active ability where the ability would not hit when used on the ground if the Survivor was in the same position or higher than the Raider, or if there were obstacles on the ground between the Raider and the Survivor.
  • Fixed an issue with Cell’s “Perfect Kamehameha” super attack where the attack range displayed before firing was narrower than the actual attack range.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented Survivors from passing through the area where the active ability Flames of Mt. Frypan was activated, even after the ability ended.
  • Fixed an issue where some Ki Blast attacks used by Survivors would not pass through the Flames of Mt. Frypan active ability.
  • Fixed an issue where the Survivor using the Flames of Mt. Frypan Active Ability would not be knocked back when coming into contact with the flame wall effect while on the ground.
  • Fixed an issue in the Charming Pose active skill where the skill effect would not occur if the Survivor and Raider were at different heights.
  • Fixed an issue in the Landing Delay Override Passive where Survivors would not receive a speed boost after landing from a high location while using certain abilities.
  • Fixed an issue in Hellzone Grenade Super Attack where the Raider would not take damage from the attack if there were obstacles between the Raider and the Survivor.
  • Fixed an issue where Survivors could cancel the delay that occurs when landing from a high location by performing certain actions just before landing.
  • Fixed an issue where if the Survivor dodged the Raider’s close range attack using the evade action, the survivor’s position before the evasion was displayed during the attack.
  • Fixed an issue where if the Survivor used an Active Ability or Super Attack while the Raider was summoning Shenron, the abilities would be canceled by the summoning animation.
Fixes and adjustments planned for future updates

We plan to implement fixes and adjustments in the following areas in a future update. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to implement these changes.

  • It is currently being adjusted so that the Raider role can be selected on the ROLE SELECTION screen.
  • Fixed an issue where the survivor throw bonus percentage on the battle results screen is displayed as 29%, which only occurs on Nintendo Switch.
