Finally, we already have a date for the long-awaited open beta of Diablo IV. PC, Xbox and PS players will be able to join the world of Sanctuary on the weekends of March 17-19 as well as the following weekend of March 24-26.
Those who pre-purchased Diablo IV will get early access to open beta March 17-19. Open Beta Weekend will be available to everyone the following weekend, from From March 24 to 26.
During both weekends of Open Beta and Early Access, you will have the opportunity to fully explore the early game of Diablo IV. Among other things, you can try the prologue and all of act I of the Bell; explore the first area at your leisure, the broken tops; roam its rugged orography and slay demons left and right.
During Open Beta and Early Access weekends, your character will not be able to pass the level 25, but you can continue killing demons until the open beta ends. Make your mark on Sanctuary by slaying the hordes of hell in dungeons, completing intriguing quests from the locals, and amassing powerful loot from defeated enemies.
Simply put, this is your chance to take on the might of the Burning Hells ahead of launch on June 6. That being said, remember that the game isn’t finished yet, so you may experience performance issues, service outages, and things that just don’t work. Once the open beta is complete, we will evaluate the feedback players send us and make any necessary changes. We can’t wait for you to try out this little preview of everything Diablo IV has to offer.
