In honor of the 20th anniversary celebration this coming Saturday, May 6, CCP Games revealed today EVE Online: Viridianthe next big expansion to the space MMO EVE online. The first of two major expansions for 2023, Viridian will equip players with new tools, customization options, and social content to manifest their company’s glory. The expansion will be available for free to all players in June 2023.

EVE Online: Viridian will empower player-run corporations in more ways than ever before. From strengthening and growing your numbers to new customization options, as well as a bigger set of tools than ever before; Business leaders will be able to create meaningful content, effectively manage and train new hires, leading their business to shared glory.
Ahead of the expansion, Capsuleers will find a host of in-game and out-of-game activities to enjoy throughout the month of May, including “Capsulist Day” celebrations, a dazzling in-game cosmic fireworks display at Jita 4-4, and a memorable moment opportunity to be enshrined in the monument, updated and expanded, Worlds within a world. CCP Games also shared the mosaic New Eden Cloth mosaica digital artwork featuring over 80,000 EVE players.

For the first time in 10 years, players can engrave their EVE character’s name on the monument Worlds within a world in Reykjavik, Iceland, solidifying their mark on the history of EVE Online. To be with the Legends of New Eden, players must have an active Omega account as of May 6, 2023.
This Saturday, May 6 (19:00-21:00 CEST), players will be able to attend on CCP TV A And flow Celebrate EVE Online on Twitch, with developer interviews, prizes and live in-game fireworks of cosmic proportions (Jita 4-4).
