Despite the postponement of its season 2, the Activision / Blizzard game intends to impress by offering its share of new content.

After a lackluster Season 1, the particular failure of new features doesn’t always feel right, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is about to launch its second season.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare II: Gun Game, Infected, Season 2 roadmap is out!

A few days ago we detailed the presentation of the Ashika map for Warzone 2.0: a small map dedicated exclusively to DMZ and Resurgence modes. Although this is one of the main novelties of the coming weeks, other novelties are on the way, and there is something for everyone!

So, the season 2 roadmap has recently appeared on the web. Besides the arrival of a new traditional Battle Pass, we will also have the right to new weapons, a new operator, new character skins, and various cosmetic content packs.

In addition, the arrival of six new modes has been made official: we think in particular of the Infected mode, the Gun Game mode or the Drop Zone mode. Likewise, four new playgrounds are coming to the game soon: Dome and Valderas Museum for 6v6 combat, and Al Malik International and Zaya Observatory for larger scale matches.

Finally, a ranked mode and a new raid are also on the program! Soon, the developers seem to have realized the problems inherent in the previous seasonso as not to repeat their mistakes.

For its part, Warzone 2.0 will also benefit from several new features for the DMZ mode, the return of the Gulag in 1v1, and a new event.

As a reminder, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II Season 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 will be available from February 15 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
