The Path of the Ronin is a new challenge in both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0, with seven challenges to complete to earn rewards and eventually unlock a brand new weapon. How you complete these challenges will depend on how you like to play, with stages that can be completed in both the traditional multiplayer offering and battle royale mode. Here’s everything we know.

How to Complete All Path of the Ronin Challenges

There are only three Path of the Ronin challenges available at the moment, with two more coming in six days and the final two in around two weeks. None of them are easy, requiring skill and a bit of work to unlock. Which mode you play will depend on whether you have the Modern Warfare II base game or are a free-to-play Warzone 2.0 player, but you’ll have to choose how you want to progress. Clicking on the challenge bar will change the mode which keeps track of how close you are to completing each challenge.
Ronin Challenge First Route: Integrity (GI) Now Available
warzone 2.0: Finish five times in the top 10, alone or in a team. It can be a resurgence or a vanilla version.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Multiplayer: Win fifteen matches.
Award: A new Operator skin for Roze.
Second Path of the Ronin Challenge: Honor (Meiyo), now available
Warzone 2.0: Restore honor five times in Resurgence mode. This new mechanic allows you to claim the dog tag you dropped after being defeated.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Multiplayer: Get 100 kills per objective defense, so focus on modes like Domination and Hardpoint to progress faster.
Award: A Smoking Oni Mask Emblem.
Ronin Challenge Track 3: Sincerity (Makoto) Now Available
warzone 2.0– You must complete five Bounty Contracts, which allow you to hunt down specific players nearby. Grab them whenever you find them.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Multiplayer: You will need to kill 50 other operators under the effects of the Battle Rage field buff. Overclock Ultimate Perk will help you by giving you two charges and reducing the cooldown by 40%.
Award: Calling card of a masked assassin.
Ronin Challenge Fourth Path: Compassion (Jin), Available 2/22

Fifth Way of the Ronin Challenge: Courage (Yu), available 2/22
