Buying a PS5 is still difficult: retailers currently have no new stocks in stock. At what point in time subsequent deliveries can be expected can currently only be speculated. Rumors suggest that dealers will apparently sell additional PS5 consoles in the second half of January. As the website Gameswirtschaft.de currently reports, “there will soon be PlayStation 5 consoles for free again”. However, these are apparently only small quantities: the majority of the “new” PS5 contingents are therefore reserved for pre-orders from previous sales waves.
The dealers’ warehouses are currently empty, the website reports, adding that the PS5 consoles will probably not be delivered until next week (from January 25). It could therefore be worthwhile to visit the websites of retailers such as Amazon, Saturn, Media Markt and Gamestop regularly in the coming week.
