While most people have probably already had the chance to catch Avatar: Water Sense in theaters (we say that because the film is already the third highest-grossing film of all time), if you missed it and you’ve been waiting for a chance to watch the movie from the comfort of your own home, that wait is almost over.
Disney and 20th Century Studios have announced the digital release of Avatar: The Water Sense on March 28meaning you’ll be able to add the film to your digital collection and watch “over three hours of never-before-seen bonus material”.
Variety later commented on that announcement and said the Digital Edition will be available in 4K UHD quality with Dolby Atmos audio, making it a great candidate for testing out your home theater.
At this time, it is unknown when the film will be available for rent or when it will have its physical release.
