Ubisoft releases the great Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 1.1.2 for download. The patch notes show that the developers are applying a number of bug fixes and optimizations with the update – for example for gameplay and individual quests.

The update also brings additional content to the action role-playing game: the river raids, Jomswikinger upgrades, new skills and rewards as well as two new unlockable buildings in the settlement – the Jomskai and the Jomswikingerhalle.

The Jomswikingerhalle can be upgraded to three levels in season 1 of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The higher the level of the hall, the more senior Jomswikings can be recruited. “Jomswikings now also have ranks, with the higher-rated Jomswikings having a higher survivability in river raids,” writes Ubisoft when the new update was released.

For the year 2021, the developers promise “a large number” of additional free content for the action role-playing game, “which will focus on the gameplay and the further development of the world”.

Season 2 is already in the starting blocks. As the developers say, the “Eastre” season will start with a first update in March 2021 – a specific date has not yet been set. The update is expected to bring a festival in the settlement, a new game mode that builds on Valhalla’s core combat experience, new equipment and cosmetic items.

As soon as we get more information, you will find out as usual in our Gaming news area. Additional seasons for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla have been announced for summer and autumn.

With Wrath of the Druids, the first DLC from the Season Pass will also appear in spring. However, the developers only want to announce concrete details at a later date.
