The update appeared in the playstation store database

The update 01.060 from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been inserted in the database of the PlayStation Store and is therefore coming: as reported by PlayStation Game Size, this is a huge update. Clearly, everyone thought it could be a basis for the roguelike mode debut The Forgotten Sagaannounced by Ubisoft last month as part of the game’s second year content.

It is therefore possible that soon, maybe today, an official announcement will arrive from the French publisher with a launch date for the mode in question, which will try to involve us with an unprecedented experience for the franchise.

In short, it looks like things for Assassin’s Creed are starting to move: as already reported, the future of the series will be revealed in September with an event, while by the end of the year we will be able to play the final chapter of the Eivor saga.

“With Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Ubisoft further raises the bar of one of its most important and profitable franchises. The Xbox Series X version of the title manages, with a single stroke of the sponge, to purge all the technical flaws (eternal loads, sudden crashes, frame rate drops) found in the consoles of the past generation: but without the mere technology and dwelling on it to analyze how much the latest iteration of the saga actually has to offer us, we can only realize how much Ubisoft has pushed on the accelerator to bring to light one of its best chapters.“
