There are many in the city of Inkopolis. While touring the town, you will notice that there are shops where you can purchase items and most of them have a different merchant than the one in Splatsville. The only one making an appearance at Inkopolis is Harmony on Hotlantis via satellite. So if you’re curious who the new Inkopolis merchants are in Splatoon 3, here’s what you need to know.

Shelly and Donny – Ammo Knights

These two adorable horseshoe crabs look like Sheldon, the Splatsville arms dealer. The notable difference between them is that they don’t talk as much as Sheldon, much to the relief of many. Shelly will talk most of the time, although Donny will occasionally say something. To buy weapons from them, you will use Sheldon’s licenses.
Annie – Cooler Heads

Shy but elegant, Annie runs Cooler Heads, the shop where you’ll get your helmet in Inkopolis. She does double duty as she also runs the SplatNet Gear Shop. She’s accompanied by Moe, a clownfish who isn’t afraid to insult you to your face; a stark contrast to Annie.
Jelonzo – Fresh gelatin

Jelonzo runs the clothing store in Inkopolis, a cool jellyfish who made her first appearance in the original Splatoon. He’s come a long way since then, as he now owns a shop and is fluent in Inkling.
Fred Crumbs – Shrimp Kicks

When the Splatoon 3 expansion was revealed in early February 2023, everyone was talking about the new single-player campaign or new vendor Fred Crumbs. This weird-looking guy is a fried shrimp, so he’s obviously in charge of selling you kicks.
Spyke – Equipment Upgrade

Hidden in an alley is Spyke, a character who has appeared in all Splatoon games. Spyke will improve your team’s star power if you have enough Super Sea Snails. Also, you can collect SplatNet commands from him and remove or add skills to his team.
