The players of “Diablo” suffer. With each new piece of news about the franchise, their heartbeat races and their tormented minds begin to wander: Is it going to be a good thing or will they once again make an excuse to extend the already delayed deadlines on pending developments? The novelties are intended for the brave warriors who eagerly await the release of “Diablo 4″ and that they continue playing with the third numbered game of the series in Xbox Series Xsince now they can wait for the next chapter of the saga having fun in 4K. Exactly, Microsoft’s most powerful console was running “Diablo 3′ through backwards compatibility, but due to a bug, the game got stuck on the 1080p. Curiously, this problem only occurred with Series X, while its predecessor, Xbox One X already runs the game in 4K.

Now, just before the arrival of season 26, (which starts on April 15), the game will run in true 4k on the most powerful console on the market through the update 2.7.3. It may not be the news that the followers of the brand expected, although it is certain that for those who persist within the “Diablo 3′ universe and own a Series X, it is an incentive to enjoy the video game at the best possible resolution.

“Diablo 3″ was originally released on 2012 for PC and came to consoles in 2013 and 2014. It also landed on Nintendo Switch with a version released in 2018. The release of the next installment, “Diablo 4”, is expected sometime in 2023, although last year we witnessed the launch of “Diablo 2 Resurrected”, a remastering of the franchise classic that marked an entire generation. Later this year, “Diablo Immortal,” a mobile version of the smartphone game developed by Chinese NetEase, is expected to be released.
