There have been a lot of rumors and reports about who will be the next James Bond after Daniel Craig hung up the super spy banner. But, despite those rumors, 007 series producer Barbara Broccoli brought up the subject and announced that the team had yet to begin casting for the role.
Speaking to LADBible, when asked who the next Bond would be, Broccoli said:
“We haven’t started casting yet.”
For those wondering if there’s at least a script or an idea for the next Bond movie, Broccoli also closed it out, adding, “There’s not even a script.”
It’s a little disappointing, but at least it puts to rest the rumors of who will be taking over the 007 name for a while.
