Netflix has released the teaser trailer of the TV series starring Mike Myers entitled The Pentaverate, the protagonist of the Austin Power films will return for a show full of humor that will be distributed on the streaming platform on May 5th.
In the video we can take a first look at the different characters that Mike Myers himself will play in The Pentaverate. The interpreter will do eight characters during the comic series. At the center of the show is a secret society that has influenced the fate of the world since the Black Death of 1347. In the contemporary world we find a Canadian journalist who has the task of discovering the truth, but the Pentaverato will do everything to continue to keep himself secret .
Myers will play eight characters, including the reporter himself. But he won’t be the only actor to appear on stage, considering that the series will also feature Ken Jeong, Keegan-Michael Key, Debi Mazar, Richard McCabe, Jennifer Saunders and Lydia West. Jeremy Irons will instead be the narrator.
Myers will also executive produce alongside Tim Kirkby, John Lyons, Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, and Jax Weinberg.
