Excitement is building among fans of Shingeki no Kyojinand it’s that the anime is just days away from returning, with the first half of its final season on Friday, March 3. PAM study has its team putting everything together for the big launch, and now they’ve shared the first details of their grand finale.
If you haven’t been following the show, or aren’t ready to find out what the final season will bring, continue reading at your own risk…
The update comes with the official ending synopsis, shared by a Japanese TV guide. In said booklet, they give us a brief overview of what will happen in the first half of this ending, and this is what it says:
“Eren activates ‘The Rumble’ in an attempt to destroy the world. Countless titans begin their march, trampling everything in their path. Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Connie, Hanae, Reiner, Annie, Pieck, and Levi are mortally wounded. .the rest defy the final battle to stop Eren.”
So this description of the first half kinda shows us how intense the end of the anime series will be. We will have a scary look at “The Rumble” now that Eren Jäger took their strength, and we can only assume that the people of Marley are not ready for this blow.
The only hope the world has to avoid annihilation comes from its former allies, and they will do everything possible to stop it, but knowing how harsh Eren’s vision is, one can imagine how bad this battle will be difficult.
Along with this first description, we were able to find the first official image of the end, where we see Levi there hange as they prepare for battle. The soldiers have been through a lot together and have mourned the loss of countless friends.
That’s why, as the end of their journey approaches, we can bet they’ll face even tougher odds now that the first part of the new season begins.
