Evelyn Wang (Michelle Yeoh), who struggles to keep her business afloat, checks her taxes for Deirdre Beaubeirdra (Jamie Lee Curtis), a ruthless auditor, and maintains a good relationship with those close to her. Along her path, Evelyn will discover that she has the power to travel across multiple universes, which will lead her on an exotic, fun, and thoughtful adventure into the amazing and mysterious multiverse we live in that we don’t know.

Everything everywhere at the same time (Everything everywhere at once) is the prominent and successful film starring michelle yeo, which hit theaters in March 2022, to rave reviews. After its time available on the big screen, many found themselves unable to see it and wanting to stream it. On this subject, this Wednesday, February 22, Prime Video announced that this film, the most nominated for the 2023 Oscars (11 in total), will be able to be seen via its platform, from February 24.

To date, the film A24 is ranked as one of the best science fiction films of all time, in addition to being part of the Top 100 best of last year. As at the Oscars, the production was nominated for the BAFTA Awards with 10 nominations, as well as for the Golden Globes, among others.

Cast and what it’s about

Everything everywhere at the same time follows Evelyn Wang, a Chinese-American woman who runs a laundromat who, in the midst of an IRS review (in which she risks losing everything) realizes that she is one of many personifications of the most important person in the multiverse. Moreover, several interdimensional travelers want to end her in any way possible.

Besides Yeoh, this witty comedy has Jamie Lee Curtis in its cast, who shines as the villain of the multidimensional story (but not always), among others such as Huy Quan, James Hong, Anthony Molinari, Audrey Wasilewski , Stephanie Hsu, Peter Banifaz, Brian Le, Andy Le, Tallie Medel, Jenny Slate, Harry Shum Jr., Biff Wiff, Aaron Lazar, Sunita Mani, Narayana Cabral, Chelsey Goldsmith and Craig Henningsen. It was created and directed by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, better known as “The Daniels”.
