Disney+ Announces the Arrival Date of the New Animated Series of ‘Star Wars’

The streaming platform Disney + announced on Wednesday the premiere of ‘Star Wars: The Bad Batch’ (‘Star Wars: The Bad Batch’), a new animated series from the universe of the successful science fiction franchise.

The story revolves around the elite commando squad ‘The Bad Batch’, first introduced in the cartoon series in the saga ‘The Clone Wars’ (2008). Its members are clones, each with distinctive genetic variations that make them possess unique exceptional ability, according to producer Lucasfilm.

The arrival of ‘The Bad Batch’ to the screens will take place on May 4, the date that coincides with the anniversary of the George Lucas saga that his fans celebrate every year. The second episode will premiere on Friday, May 7, and every subsequent episode every Friday.
