The ring is a gift that Cash , friend and partner of The Weeknd, with whom he founded the label “XO”, according to the medium, and the piece would be a unique design, created by jeweler Elliot Eliantte, who has worked with celebrities such as Hailey Bieber, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner.
