Former British football glory David Beckham will do the show for Disney and its streaming platform.
Produced by Twenty Twenty and Studio 99, supported by Warner Bros., the television series Save Our Squad from Disney+ will stage David Beckham (Goal, The Man from UNCLE, King Arthur – Legend of the Sword) in his own role.
The latter will return to the football grounds of east London where he played when he was a child. He will be the mentor of a young team fighting to survive in a local league.
